Heartbreak

She howled, raged, and fumed with unbridled fury against the unrelenting pain of her broken heart.
They had done this to him, her sisters, her kin!
They had betrayed her trust taken advantage of her good will! She slammed her fists into the great stone before her splitting the granite with a thunderous KABOOM!
What was it to them whom she chose to share her heart, she fumed!
What right had they in interfere?
Every time she blinked she saw his poor broken form lying there upon his doorstep.
Almost every bone in his body had been fractured, so said the doctors...the healers of men.
Fractured as is they had been squeezed with tremendous strength.
Strength like hers.
Like her sisters...
